Isaiah Trufant is no more, he has signed on with the Browns reuniting him with former defensive coordinator Mike Pettine. Having signed from the AFL, Trufant has been a Jet for the past 4 seasons.
I wouldn't get too worried about this to be perfectly honest, Trufant was mainly a special teamer and has just 41 tackles over his career. He was rated as a -1.9 in pass coverage but he didn't exactly see a lot of snaps there.
We wish Trufant the best of luck in Cleveland, he was a good Jet while he was here but without trying to sound too harsh, he is easily replaceable.
