Alteraun Verner, Jairus Byrd Off The Market

In quick succession, two fan favorites have fallen off the market. Alteraunn Verner has signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and Jairus Byrd has signed with the New Orleans Saints (a SIX year deal! Wow). Presumably, Verner being signed means Darrelle Revis is about to be cut any moment.

This is pretty stunning, and I'm expecting panic to spread throughout GangGreenNation. Keep in mind there are still good players out there, such as Captain Munnerlyn and Chris Clemons. This isn't the end of the world. That said, it's fair for people to be upset about this. Let's see if John Idzik really knows what he's doing. I still have faith, and I encourage you to as well.
