Jets @ Dolphins Game Day Forecast

Partly sunny and warm in balmy Miami.

Brad Penner-USA TODAY Sports

The New York Jets will be visiting their arch rival Miami Dolphins to close out the season this afternoon at Sun Life Stadium in Miami, Florida.   Kickoff  is scheduled for 1:00 pm EST.   Sun Life Stadium will have partly cloudy skies. There will be a small 5-10% chance of precipitation during the game.  Game time temperatures will hover in the upper 70s to near 80 degrees all game, with 60-70% humidity, and a light southeast breeze of 5 to 10 mph. The temperatures, humidity and winds will remain nearly constant for the entire game.  Today's game is going to be much warmer than the Jets players are accustomed to this time of year.  This could potentially cause some heat related problems like cramping and dehydration, possibly giving the Dolphins a small weather related advantage.  Enjoy the game everyone.  This is the last football Sunday of the 2014 season for the New York Jets.  Hopefully we can all enjoy a fourth Jets win right around 4:00 pm and usher out the Rex Ryan era with a defeat of their arch rivals, the Dolphins.
