We have an early projection for the 2015 NFL salary cap.
The NFL's projected 2015 salary cap of $138.6 million would be -- and it's not final yet -- an increase of $5.6 million over the 2014 cap.

According to Over the Cap, the Jets currently have $98.5 million committed to the cap next season. They also estimate the Jets to have $12.3 million in current space, which can be carried over.
On paper that will likely add up to be quite a bit of cap space, but the Jets also have a large number of holes and will need to resolve Muhammad Wilkerson's contract situation sooner rather than later.
Smackdad wrote an excellent piece a little while back looking at the offseason to be with broad looks at where the Jets really stand in regard to their cap space. I encourage you to give it a click.
