Sunday Night Football, week 13. Now we're getting to the fun part of the season (at least for teams still in the playoff hunt). Divisional rivalry games galore, games with playoff implications all over the place, grudge matches with first place and playoff home games on the line. Football really heats up as the weather cools down. Tonight we have the Broncos visiting the Chiefs at Arrowhead stadium in Kansas City, Missouri. The Broncos, led by All Universe quarterback Peyton Manning, come into the game at 8-3, clinging to a one game lead in the AFC West over both the Chiefs and the Chargers. The Chiefs, led by quarterback Alex Smith and a dynamic tandem of backs in Jamaal Charles and Knile Davis, come into the game one game behind the Broncos and smarting from a shocking loss to the Raiders last week. The Chiefs look to avenge a tough 24-17 loss to the Broncos in week 2. Another loss to the Broncos will all but eliminate the Chiefs from the AFC West race and jeopardize their playoff hopes, while a win would put the Chiefs in position to take the division and possibly a first round bye in the playoffs. Enjoy the game everybody. Dream of games like this with playoff implications for the Jets. Discuss the game here.
