Monday Night Football 2014, week 5. Tonight we have the team from Washington State visiting the team from Washington D.C. I wonder what the Father Of Our Country would think about the battle of the Washingtons? Seattle comes east to visit Washington. One team a reigning Super Bowl champion with a coach who loves to take, ummm... err.... liberties with rules. The other team kind of a mess with an injured starting quarterback, two injured tight ends, a new head coach, a possible quarterback controversy, and a 1-3 record. Seattle is not the same juggernaut outside of their home field, but it still is difficult to envision a Kirk Cousins quarterbacked team roughing up the defending Super Bowl champs. This one has the earmarks of a potential blowout, unless Seattle is just too jetlagged and suffers a massive letdown against an inferior opponent. Enjoy the game, enjoy football under the lights.
