Broncos vs. 49ers Game Thread

Sunday Night Football, week 7. It's the Broncos vs. the 49ers at Mile High Stadium in Denver. This looks like a great matchup. Peyton Manning and his potent aerial attack against the ground and pound 49ers and that tough 49ers defense. Manning is just two touchdown passes away from tying Brett Favre for the NFL record for career touchdown passes. Both teams come into the game just 1/2 game out of first place in their respective divisions. A loss for either team makes it much tougher to compete for their division championship and a potential first round bye in the playoffs. This one has major playoff implications for both teams and could potentially be offering a preview of the Super Bowl matchup. October football games don't get a lot better than this.
