It's the second half, and the New York Jets are down 17-12. The Jets offense looks good, except for in the red zone, where it's been pretty bad. Mostly inopportune penalties and questionable play-calling. Geno Smith looks significantly better. He's making good decisions, he's accurate, and he's running the ball. The defense has been up-and-down. They had a few good drives, but they've had enough lapses in coverage for the New England Patriots to have scored two touchdowns. Overall, it's been a good game, and very close. It's a weird world when the offense looks better than the defense.
