Darryl Slater has a good article up today detailing how the domestic violence charges against WR Quincy Enunwa were just dropped. His girlfriend, the alleged victim, chose not to continue with the charges, provided there is a no-contact order for ninety days. As the case was dismissed with prejudice, it cannot be reopened.
Now that Enunwa doesn't have that burden hanging over him, I would like to see the team elevate him off the practice squad. Enunwa was drafted in the sixth round from the University of Nebraska as a late round prospect with the physical upside of being a project. However, with the team desperate for wide receivers, I'd like to see if he's capable of stepping up.
