There's currently a rumor floating about that Thomas McGaughey of Louisiana State University is being considered for the special teams coordinator of the New York Jets:
Per source, LSU special teams coord. Thomas McGaughey has emerged as a strong candidate to join the NY Jets staff. http://t.co/tHx9uYCqMO

McGaughey is currently the special teams coordinator for the LSU Tigers and was an assistant special teams coach for the New York Giants when they won the Super Bowl in 2011. McGaughey was reportedly being considered by the Pittsburgh Steelers as well. You can read more about him here.
I would like this move a lot, if it happens. McGaughey is a good coach and has previously gotten some great production out of punter Brad Wing, kicker Drew Alleman, and returner Odell Beckham, Jr. What do you think?
