Week 1 of the 2013 NFL season concludes tonight with a Monday Night Football doubleheader. Both games feature defending division champions against opponents with new head coaches.
In the opener, the Washington Redskins play against the Philadelphia Eagles. Robert Griffin III returns to action for the first time since he was injured in a Playoff loss to the Seahawks last year. On the other side, Chip Kelly makes his long awaited NFL coaching debut. Will he be the next great offensive innovator? Will he be the next Steve Spurrier? Will he fall somewhere in between? We will start to get answers tonight.
In the nightcap, the two time defending AFC South Champion Houston Texans head out to San Diego to take on the Chargers. San Diego's new head coach Mike McCoy gets a stiff test in his first game.
