Is Mother Nature A Jets Fan?

The Thursday night weather forecast might be the final piece clicking into place to create the perfect storm against the Patriots.

Here is the game day forecast for the Thursday Night Football game between the Jets and the Patriots.

Thursday Night...Widespread showers with a chance of thunderstorms. Some thunderstorms may produce gusty winds and heavy rainfall.

Then some thunderstorms May produce heavy rainfall after midnight.

Humid with lows in the mid 60s. Southwest winds 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 30 mph. Chance of rain 90 percent.

Ordinarily this would be very good news for the Jets, as the nasty weather would likely act to slow down the Pats dynamic passing game. However, with nearly all of Brady's usual receiving suspects out, doubtful or questionable for the game, I'm not sure this will play as much of a role as it might otherwise have done. Still, with Brady at the helm it can't hurt to have the weather on the Jets side. It would appear that all the stars are aligning at precisely the right moment to produce a shock-the-world moment for the Jets. Maybe Thursday night even Mother Nature will be a Jets fan.
