Making bold predictions about the team's success? He's been a Jet less than two hours, and Geno has already caught on to the way the team does business.
Make no mistake. There is still a large hill to climb. The Jets still do not look very good on paper. For the first time in a long time, though, there feels like room for legitimate hope. It's at least conceivable that Rex Ryan can coach up the defense, and Geno can give the Jets enough quality quarterback play to surprise some people.
Unlike Geno, I would not predict it. I still find it unlikely. I would have found it close to impossible before tonight.
