Brian Costello says the Jets have explored potentially trading up tonight.
Hearing the Jets have talked to teams about moving UP tonight. Would be a surprising move.

I don't know who'd they'd move up for. Maybe if Jordan starts to slide? Austin? Not sure.

My guess is it would be for a quarterback. The Jets obviously aren't one player away so a move up would really only make sense for the biggest impact position on the team.
This isn't particularly newsworthy. The Jets wouldn't be doing their job if they were not exploring all potential options. It is in their interest to at least gauge the price it would take to move up, even if they are 99.9% sure they are not going to do so. It's always dangerous to make assumptions about this team, but I have a tough time imagining this happening even though they are armed to do so with a pair of top 15 picks.
