I have the utmost respect for Mr. Cosell, but I would not be a fan of Cooper at 9, especially over Warmack. Warmack is the kind of prospect who comes around every few years. Cooper is an excellent prospect, but he looks a lot less stout to me. Jones at 13 I wouldn't have a problem with.
The big news here is Geno Smith falling out of the first round. That's shocking and seemingly unlikely. I personally expect at least two quarterbacks to go in the first round. I can't say I would have a problem with the Jets passing up Geno at 9 and 13, though. If you take a quarterback in the top fifteen, you are tying yourself to him for the next few years. There are enough question marks with Geno that I wouldn't feel comfortable. I would love a trade to grab him in the late 20's or early 30's, though. In that range, it's less of a commitment. It's more like saying, "I think there are tools to work with here."
