The Jets improved their record to 7-8 today, closing out their home schedule for 2013 with a victory over the Cleveland Browns 24-13 at the Meadowlands. It gives Rex Ryan a win he needed badly and guarantees the Jets will at least have a better record in 2013 than they had in 2012. Is that enough to save Rex's job? Nobody can say for sure.
What we can say is this team did not pack it in on its coach after falling behind 10-0 in the second quarter. That means something in a game that meant nothing as far as the Playoffs went. You see plenty of teams mail it in after falling behind early in a game like this.
The GGN postgame show will be on the air shortly. You can watch it above when it begins as we break down all of the action and talk about what this win means.
