13. New York Jets: Anthony Barr, Outside Linebacker, UCLA

Anthony Barr has been productive as a senior, but his game still leaves something to be desired. He's been getting by on his first step too often and hasn't learned how to use his physical ability. He's missing tackles and has been too easily blocked if he doesn't win with his first step. That's why I have him dropping, but his talent won't allow him to fall too far. The Jets could use another edge rusher, and a defensive coach like Rex Ryan could be just what Barr needs.

A lot of quarterbacks go early. Teddy Bridgewater, Blake Bortles, Derek Carr, and Johnny Manziel are gone.

Every wide receiver aside from Sammy Watkins, however, is still on the board in this mock. So is every tight end.

Barr is the third edge rusher to go after Jadeveon Clowney and Khalil Mack.
