Chris Ivory was apparently banged up in today's loss to the Baltimore Ravens.
RB Chris Ivory suffered an ankle injury on his first carry. Asked if it's a high or low ankle sprain, he said "both." #nyj

Ivory did stay in the game through the second half and finished with nine carries for 41 yards so the extent is uncertain. The fact he was able to stay in the game despite getting hurt early might be a good sign. Sometimes with ankles, the worst can come overnight when they have time to swell up so this bears watching, particularly for somebody with Ivory's injury history.
The Jets' offense is not functioning at all at this point in time. They really cannot afford to lose such a key part of the running game, which seems to be at least slightly ahead of the non-existent passing game right now.
