New York Jets at Buffalo Bills Game Thread

Anthony Gruppuso-USA TODAY Sport

The Jets return to action from their bye today with their annual road game against the Buffalo Bills. The first game back from the bye has usually not been kind to the Jets in the Rex Ryan Era, but the one exception was the trip to Orchard Park in 2011 in which Gang Green crushed a Buffalo team that was off to a fast start. The Bills went into a tailspin and never recovered.

The Bills enter this one in bad shape. The Jets, meanwhile, find themselves right in the middle of the AFC Playoff chase. On paper, the Jets should probably win this game. A Playoff team should win this game, but the Jets have been inconsistent all year. Road games in the division are also frequently more difficult than they look on paper.
