Welp, I guess we're just gonna have to settle for 13-3 this season, Gang Green Gangsters. Also, I'm pretty tired of seeing this team come out flat against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Here are your daily New York Jets links for today...
Ian O'Connor: The Jets are who we thought they were. Start your Monday off right with an O'Connor article.
Mike Vaccaro: The work in progress Jets are not there yet.
Jets Insider: Sources say that Mike Goodson's injury is serious and season ending. The team probably won't confirm anything until Wednesday.
Kevin Armstrong: Goodson, Chris Ivory and Bilal Powell were slowed by the Steelers.
Mark Cannizzaro: The running backs got few chances.
Tara Sullivan: The Jets keep following the lead of the inconsistent Geno Smith.
Steve Serby: The physical Steelers knocked Geno off his game.
Rich Cimini: Muhammad Wilkerson laments Ben Roethlisberger getting away. Haven't they seen him play before? Did they destroy those tapes or something?
Michael J. Fensom: Antonio Cromartie caps a trying week with an unsteady performance.
Dennis Waszak: Five things to know from the game.
Steve Politi: The mediocre Jets can reignite their season with a victory over the New England Patriots.
Darryl Slater: The Jets might walk wounded into the next game.
Kristian Dyer: Marty Lyons thanked fans as he was inducted into the Ring of Honor.
And he shall be Leveon in tradition with the family plan:
I was about to rant about the stadium being overtaken by Steelers fans and say shame on you for selling your tickets, and then I remembered PSLs. So yeah. Anyways, the team is at .500, which is more than most people expected. Hopefully, Rex and Marty won't be so timid moving forward.
