The Jets are 3-3. Gang Green was upset at home today by the Pittsburgh Steelers 19-6. The Steelers dominated the action, shutting down the Jets offense, getting their first two turnovers of the year, and killing the Jets in the passing game with Antonio Brown, Emmanuel Sanders and Heath Miller. The Jets pass coverage had no answers. Antonio Cromartie was repeatedly burned. It was a really tough game for the Jets all around. The matchups, the schedule and the LeBeau vs. Geno factor did not favor the Jets, and the result was an ugly loss.
Now Gang Green is back to .500, continuing the win one, lose one pattern for the season. Next week is New England, and the Jets are going to need a much better effort if they are to have any chance in that game.
Vent your frustrations below. The official recap will be up shortly.
