Good morning folks. I have three updates for you.
For those wondering, #Als' GM Jim Popp remains in the New York Jets' mix - that, according to Popp, who texted me tonight.

Herb Zurkowsy is a journalist for the Montreal Gazette.
Late night #Jets news: Per CBS, it appears Jerry Angelo is no longer in the mix to be the next #Jets GM. #nyj

Most people will agree this is a good thing. I am one of them. We don't need the "average" GM. We need a homerun.
Not sure..I'm not in the room obviously..told they're down to 4 remaining candidates "@harrywehm: @espnbob what's your best guess for gm?"

Bob Wischusen is the play-by-play announcer for the New York Jets and ESPN. He's generally pretty reliable. He also went on to say that he expects a decision by the end of the week, although it's possible they'll continue the process a little longer. In his words:
But for those panicking about how long it's taking..the last guy was w/ the organization for 17 years..they can take 3 weeks to replace him!

So, let's assume there are four remaining candidates. Angelo is out. My four guesses are Popp, Sundquist, Khan, and Cohen. What do you all think?
