We reported earlier that Ted Sundquist, the former Denver Broncos General Manager, was interviewed for the opening for New York Jets GM. Today, Adam Schefter is reporting that he has impressed at his interview and is a serious candidate for the position:

I'm not particularly excited at another retread, but Sundquist wouldn't be the worst choice in the world. I would probably be let down if he is the next GM. Interestingly, Sundquist wrote about our quarterback situation here, which he obviously would have discussed with Woody Johnson and Jed Hughes.
