The 2nd preseason game has come and gone, and I can firmly say, thank God it's over. That game was all kinds of ugly. The only thing we can be thankful for is that it is preseason. Anyway, I took some more notes. There were a few things to feel alright about.

Mark isn't looking bad when he has time. He does need to get rid of the ball a little quicker. Bleh, that pick 6 is all on Mark. He needs to get it out sooner. Overall, Mark was 9 for 11 and had a better QBR than Eli.
  • Hunter is a horrible waist of space. I have counted 3 sacks so far to his credit. That would have been the 4th if not for an offsides. Howard can't be worse than this. So much for a new and improved Hunter.
  • Greene is looking pretty good. Shonn is running hard, and getting good chunks.
  • Tebow is moving the chains right now. Ahhh, you have to hit Hill for that TD. He was wide open. Tebow has all day to throw out there. That makes his job a lot easier. Yikes, Tebow almost hit Revis giving an interview. Now pressure is getting to Tebow. Hmm, even Tebow doesn't look that good when there are defenders on him right away.
  • When the regular season comes around, I expect Tebow and the Wildcat to be the choice on all those 3rd and shorts.
  • This run D is looking great right now. Coples, Ellis, and Scott are looking very stout at the point of attack. I can see this run D being the best in the league this year.
  • Coples once again impressing. A great one handed tackle for a loss. There's another sack for QC.
  • I don't see any pass rush this game. Eli has a lot of time back there to find Cruz.
  • Landry with a big hit on Cruz. Landry is having a really good night... now he has an INT.
  • Antonio Allen is also looking really good out there. He is all over the field. Allen has some great range and speed. I am still shocked he dropped to the 7th.
  • The D looks like a top 5 D tonight. If we have a bad year, it won't be on the D. That is for sure.
  • Maybin with a nice punt block. McKnight needs to dive to the side of the punter, not right at him.
  • Conley is looking horrible right now. You can't be shanking punts like in the regular season.
