Hi guys,

My Cincinnati Bengals made Mark Carrier the new Secondary Coach a few days ago, and I'm curious if anyone can help me out and describe this guy for me. (I'd like to write a piece on him for SB Nation's Cincy Jungle).

From some of GGN's comments I gathered that he was "in over his head" as the DL coach in here. I know he was a safety and coached the secondary with the Baltimore Ravens from 06 to 09, but my knowledge is a bit limited.

How is he as a coach? Personality? Is he outgoing? silent? smart? an idiot?

How did he do with player development while coaching the D line?
