Jets Currently Would Pick 14th in 2013 NFL Draft

Mocking the Draft has the latest NFL Draft order. The Jets would pick 14th if the season ended today.

The Jets are presumably going to win a few more games with the soft finish to their schedule, which could knock them down further. That's not something to worry about. Knowing what you are doing is a lot more important than where you pick.

In the Tannenbaum Era, the two worst first round picks came in the top ten, Vernon Gholston and Mark Sanchez, came in the top ten. The two best were Darrelle Revis in the middle of the first round and Nick Mangold at the end of the first round. Muhammad Wilkerson was also at the end of the first round, and he looks pretty good. People say winning hurts the team, but competence is more important than location.
