Mailing It In

Kevin Hoffman-USA TODAY Sports

The Jets brought their season to its merciful end in fitting fashion, losing 28-9 to the Bills. For the third straight week, the Jets lost to a bad team. For the second straight week, they lost decisively to a bad team.

I feel bad for the players who came to play today. I even feel bad for Tim Tebow. This team had no chance because it looked like Mark Sanchez neither cared nor was even trying on the field. It was a pathetic showing. Just pathetic. You're telling me Tebow could have done worse? You're telling me Tebow wouldn't have at least made an effort to do better?

We'll have more later. Thankfully, we don't have to watch this team again until September. Unfortunately, with the AFC North and the NFC South on the 2013 schedule, next season looks to be even worse without substantial changes that might not even be possible.
