As you know, Gillette is the greatest razor company in the history of mankind. It's been that way since they started sponsoring GGN. It will be that way until the very moment they stop sponsoring GGN.
This week, they have a new debate on their Facebook page. They want to know which coach you would feel most comfortable leading your team into the Playoffs.
As you know, the Jets do not have a coach leading their team into the Playoffs. So I open the floor to you and ask which coach you want leading Gang Green into the Playoffs a year from now? Should Rex Ryan get another year, or would somebody else be better? If you choose somebody else, give us a name. Let's open a dialogue.
I told you yesterday, but I'm inclined to see Rex get another year. For all of his flaws, I think he brings more to the table than most coaches when it comes to what he does on the defensive side of the ball. He's to blame for some of the problems on the team, but given the talent level on the roster, I'm not sure many coaches could have done much better. The toughest thing to do in the league is win without good quarterback play, and he has shown he can do that.
What do you think? Should Rex get another year, or is somebody better deserving of the job?
