Strength of Schedule the Rest of the Way

New, comments

The Jets have an easy finish to the season.

Kevin Casey

Blogging the Beast has a look at every team's remaining the schedule.

The good news? The Jets' remaining opponents have a 25-38-1 combined record. That's only a .398 winning percentage. It is the fourth easiest remaining schedule. There are some winnable games on the horizon.

The bad news? The Jets right now have a worse record than their remaining opponents. Gang Green's winning percentage is .333.

I expect the Jets to win some games against suspect competition. No team is as bad as it looks at its worst, and the Jets are not as bad as they have looked the past few games.

They aren't a good team either, though. Any team we might look forward to as a potential win is looking at the Jets right now and thinking the same thing.
