NFL Network's Albert Breer seems to feel Nnamdi Asomugha's decision will not be solely motivated by money.
Jets' interest in Nnamdi Asomugha (and a dream pairing with Revis) is real interesting. Remember, Nnamdi played 5 yrs for Rex's brother Rob.
I do think this about Nnamdi -- Winning is important this time around. And I believe he'd sacrifice some money for the right situation.
I get that he went for the huge contract last time and ended up wasting prime years with the NFL's most dysfunctional franchise. The thing is that he is probably not going to have to choose between money and winning. There is a good chance a good team is going to offer him more than the Jets can. It's great that the Jets are in New York and have Rex Ryan and Darrelle Revis. There are other potentially really good situations for him.
It would be great, but I will not get anything close to excited until I hear something concrete.
