The fourth round is in the history books. Bilal Powell is the newest member of the New York Jets. The Bills continue to add secondary players, taking safety Da'Norris Searcy. Miami added a receiver, Edmond Gates from Albilene Christian, Johnny Knox's alma mater. It is looking more and more like Chad Henne will get another chance in South Florida.
