Some more Jets got back to Florham Park today to take advantage of their ability to use team facilities while they can.
Cotchery and Brandon Moore, who’s rehabbing from offseason hip surgery, spent the bulk of their morning in the trainer’s room. David Harris, linebacker Josh Mauga and long-snapper Tanner Purdum were also in the building. Cotchery admitted that he’s not overly concerned about whether the lockout will be reinstated due to the stay.
Things are kind of in limbo right now due to the appeal. Things are also kind of murky as to what will be allowed and what will not be allowed. If nothing else, it is good to see some guys back at the facilities. I am not sure I have ever been so excited about offseason workouts, and I probably never will be again.
Hopefully this arrangement becomes more permanent, and we get back to regular business soon.
