Jeremy Kerley, WR/PR, TCU

So Schotty and WR coach Henry Ellard went down to Texas to work out QB Andy Dalton, who is projected to go in round 1 or 2.  So I'm thinking, wow the lengths they will go to in order to make people think they are interested for trading purposes.  But they also worked out Jeremy Kerley, a TCU WR and Special Teams star.  Very interesting.

More after the jump.

Jeremy Kerley is a little on the small side at 5'9" and 189 lbs.  He seemingly could be quicker with a 40 dash of 4.56.  He is projected to go in about round 5.  So why the special trip to Texas?

Watch this...

Kerley's stat sheet shows he has lined up at WR, RB, KR and PR.  In 2010, he had 56 catches and 10 TDs as a WR, 2 TDs rushing and 1 TD passing.  In 2009, he had 2 punt returns for TDs.  He is very shifty and plays quicker than that 40 time.

Here is some more highlights...

Could be a very interesting late round pick.
