No Moral Victories

The Jets fell to 2-3 today with a 30-21 loss in New England. The three game road trip was a total bust. New York showed a few positive signs and played better than in the last two weeks. We are past the point of moral victories, though. This is not about showing the team can play with the Patriots. We established that the last two years. The Jets did not do enough to come out with a victory. Now they are two back in the division and settled into third place.

The good news is there is plenty of time to fix things. Right now, though, this is a bad football team. The defense gave a valiant effort, but the offense was putrid again, mainly because of an offensive coordinator who does not have a clue what he is doing. The Jets are just lucky that the Giants laid an egg today, which will keep some of the focus off them.

Go ahead and vent below. Try and keep it clean. I will have the official recap up as soon as possible.
