In his career, Santonio Holmes has established himself as one of the most clutch receivers in the game. On the game winning drive in Super Bowl XLIII, Holmes had 4 catches for 73 yards. This included a 40 yard catch and run to put the Steelers into scoring range and a spectacular 6 yard touchdown grab to win it as he stretched and kept his feet in. He finished the Super Bowl with 9 catches for 131 yards and that touchdown.
Holmes was extremely clutch during his season with the Jets. A 52 yard catch on a slant in Detroit in overtime set up the winning field goal against the Lions. A 37 yard catch and run for a touchdown in the final minute of overtime won a game and pulled out a victory that looked to be headed for a tie a week later in Cleveland. The week after that, Holmes ran a fantastic route to haul in a game winning 6 yard touchdown pass in the final minute against the Texans. He burned his man with a double move.
