Gang Green Nation Community Mock Draft Pick #27

The Cowboys are on the clock, and like their NFC East rival Philadelphia Eagles, the member responsible for making their pick neglected to do so. Once again, I'll pinch hit.

With the twenty-seventh pick in the Gang Green Nation Community Mock Draft, the Dallas Cowboys pick...

Charles Brown

I'm normally a proponent of leaning for best player available over need. That's what makes passing on Jared Odrick so difficult. Odrick could wreak havoc in Wade Phillips' one gap schemes. Dallas has so much talent on the roster already, though, so I'll go with Brown. Flozell Adams is gone and had become something of a liability anyway at left tackle. Brown is capable of protecting Tony Romo's blind side off the bat. His frame also should be able to put on additional meat, which will help him turn into the kind of physical lineman the Cowboys like.

That's what I say. What do you think the move should be with this pick?
