Cromartie Holds 4th Annual Youth Football Camp

It's always good to hear about the Jets in the community, and it's especially good to hear about Jets in the community when their character has come under question so frequently.

Antonio Cromartie held his 4th annual youth football camp  at Tallahassee's Lincoln high school today. Lending out a helping hand was Jaguars receiver Mike Sims-Walker and Titans running back Chris Johnson

It's just fun. It's something I like doing and it just brings back memories being back on this football field."
Mike Sims-Walker of the Jacksonville Jaguars and Tennessee Titans pro bow running back Chris Johnson were the NFL stars in attendance.
Tennessee Titans running back Chris Johnson adds,
"It means a lot. It's always meant a lot to give back to the kids and just give back tot he community basically because at one point you were in the same foot steps and same place that those kids were so it's always good to come back and give to the kids."
Jacksonville Jaguard wide receiver Mike Sims-Walker adds,
"I haven't missed a year yet. That's a priority to me. I mark this on my calendar every year to come out here with Cromartie and the kids to support my word to the youth."

One of the things that has frustrated me along with the complete lack of coverage the Brodney Pool signing got, was the way Cromartie was painted as tthis troublesome player who could divide the locker room. We have all heard him listed in that way. I don't believe he is a bad person, he made some mistakes which he is dealing with, he never hurt anybody, he never broke any league rules and has never been suspended. As far as I'm aware, he was a good team mate to boot. So great to see Cromartie giving back to the community, and it sounds like he had a lot of fun doing it as well
