Nick Mangold went down in practice today.
Ryan downplayed the injury to Mangold, who was injured in a 9-on-7 running drill. It appeared that someone rolled up on his right knee. He left the field under his own power but didn't return.

Just another reminder of the perilous lack of depth up front. Imagine the injury had been serious. The Jets probably would have had to downgrade at two positions. Damien Woody would have to move to center, replacing arguably the game's best, Mangold. Then the team would have to pick from a buffet of unproven linemen to slide in at right tackle for Woody.
