The Patriot's organization has made the news yet again for breaking the law -- but this time it's not for spy cameras, videotaping walkthroughs, or steroid use.
47-year-old Robert Somanti of Warwick, Rhode Island, was busted on Friday by Rhode Island State Police who were conducting a sting investigation to help curb prostitution in the state. 13 others were also arrested.
Somanti was one of the johns who tried to cash in on sex with a prostitute, law enforcement officials said.
Somanti is one of the players behind Pat the Patriot, the American flag-decorated mascot for the Super Bowl-winning football team. He's facing up to a year in prison and a $1,000 fine.
