Draft Simulations? I think so.

Here are some possible draft simulations as per First-Pick. I figured this could be fun. It's my first post, so here's to the draft. Let the booing begin.

Simulation 1

Round 1 Pick 18: Justin Gilbert, CB, Oklahoma State (A)
Round 2 Pick 17: Austin Seferian-Jenkins, TE, Washington (A)
Round 3 Pick 16: Kelvin Benjamin, WR, Florida State (A)
Round 4 Pick 4: Charles Sims, RB, West Virginia (A)
Round 4 Pick 15: David Yankey, OG, Stanford (A)
Round 4 Pick 37 (COMP): Jared Abbrederis, WR, Wisconsin (A)
Round 5 Pick 3 (T.B.): A.J. McCarron, QB, Alabama (A)

Round 6 Pick 34 (COMP): Vinnie Sunseri, SS, Alabama (A)
Round 6 Pick 37 (COMP): A.C. Leonard, TE, Tennessee State (B)

Traded up with T.B. (3) in RD5 for A.J. McCarron. Swapped our 5th, gave up 6th and 7th. A little insurance for our QB situation.

Simulation 2

Round 1 Pick 30 (S.F.): Kyle Fuller, CB, Virginia Tech (B+)
Round 2 Pick 17: Kelvin Benjamin, WR, Florida State (A-)
Round 3 Pick 13 (S.F.): Jack Mewhort, OT, Ohio State (A)

Round 6 Pick 37 (COMP): Kadeem Edwards, OG, Tennessee State (B)
Round 7 Pick 18: Aaron Colvin, CB, Oklahoma (C)

Traded down with S.F.(30) in RD1 and picked up an extra 3rd (13)

Simulation 3

Round 1 Pick 27 (N.O.): C.J. Mosley, ILB, Alabama (A-)
Round 2 Pick 17: Austin Seferian-Jenkins, TE, Washington (A)

Round 6 Pick 34 (COMP): Logan Thomas, QB, Virginia Tech (B+)
Round 6 Pick 37 (COMP): Aaron Colvin, CB, Oklahoma (C-)

Traded down with N.O. (27) in RD1, picked up an extra 3rd (27) Traded down with Minn. (32) in RD3, picked up an extra 4th (8). Traded up in RD5 with T.B. (3) swapped 5th, gave up 6th and 7th. This one I think has the most potential and greatest value. Upgrades on both sides of the ball. Mosley at 27 is a steal. And Hill late RD3 is ridiculous, as well as Matthews in the the 3rd and Lawrence in the 4th. This is easily my favorite.

No trades. Straight drafting.

Round 7 Pick 18: Jonathan Newsome, OLB, Ball State (A)

Traded down with N.O. (26), picked up an extra 4th (26). This is another very good simulation.

Simulation 7 (Late Addition)

Round 1 Pick 18: Darqueze Dennard, CB, Michigan State (A)
Round 2 Pick 17: Ryan Shazier, OLB, Ohio State (A)
Round 3 Pick 16: Paul Richardson, WR, Colorado (A)

Round 7 Pick 18: John Urschel, OG, Penn State (B)

Straight draft. I had to add this one. It was a little different from what people are expecting but as far as BPA it's a darn good draft.

I have to say, I think simulation 3 is by far my favorite. Simulation 6 is very good too but 3 gives us the best options on both sides of the ball. The value of the picks are amazing in my opinion. I would personally love for the draft to play out that way. Which one is your favorite? What would you change? Would you like to see more simulations?
