This only makes sense if you're shrewd, clever, slick. If not, I'll be posting and toasting anyway. See the ball, see the man, folks. Otherwise the opponent will be dishing and swishing all night, as they thrive in transition. Slicing and dicing through your matador D. You'll pay for your transgressions. Three to the head at BMW or Orster Bay.
In case you were wondering... its crazy season. Its the time of year where know-nothings and their mock drafts reign supreme. Its mostly a bunch of dudes that know very little about the teams that they're prognosticating about and who don't seem to know much more about the players that they project will be wined and dined by such teams. And then their collective idiocy reverberates through the echo chamber and somehow becomes gospel. So much so that when a group of true professionals, after months of intensive research, makes a selection that's out of step with the league of lunacy, that the sheep decry foul because "that guy could have been had later!!"
It amazes me how mock drafters are given suck [Freudian slippage] benefit of the doubt. You would think that they were cool enough not to need winter coats or something. You would think that they were cool enough to pull off a leopard suit with a fedora hat and snake-skin boots. You would think that they had a foul to give. But they should all get kicked to the curb from a defensive stand point. The nail needs to be where its supposed to be. No switches (while always switching). I'm not gonna sit here and listen to all these mocks always be wrong and act like they have an offensive system that makes any sense whatsoever. I know its all Beno's fault. I know its all Beno's fault. Like Amar'e. They never saw Lil Penny Hardaway coming [pause].
Don't be a sheep and be led astray by the combine underwear fest. All 32 teams have had their draft boards set since December. The combine factors little into the grand scheme of things. Its ALL about the tape. All the combine does is make people watch more tape. Times and rep mean very little. So when the results of the Combine begin to trickle in, don't buy all the "Mock movements." Don't let the neophytes' overzealous penchant for egregious lackadaisical omnipresent miscalculations percolate and bedevil your brains. The draft boards were done well before the combine.
