Tired of mocks? Me too. Actually, I hate those things. So lets try something different. We're all "experts" right? So lets put our internets where our mouths are. Lets see who really knows what they're talking about. The name of the game is Lock, Knock, Rocks, and you have to tell us the name of the guy you're putting in each category and why. Video links are always welcomed.
Lock -- this is the guy that you think is a certain all-star; you can go with conventional wisdom or be brave and do your own thing.
Knock -- this is a guy that the general consensus seems to deem a Lock, but you think he's gonna bust. It has to be a guy that most everybody thinks will be a stud.
Rocks -- this is your own personal fave that not very many people know about. Can't be a guy that's widely considered a first rounder. Has to be someone that most people never heard of, but you think he rocks.
I'll go first:
Lock -- Jadeveon Clowney; the power, the speed, the talent... Good Lawd this guy's gonna be good. He can't not be good. If you never saw this, or forgot about it, your welcome:
Knock -- Marquise Lee; he seems to be a guy most mocks have going in the top 15 or so. I don't know, I just don't see it. He's got a small frame and not enough explosiveness to rise above mediocrity at the next level, me thinks. And wouldn't waste a first or second rounder on a guy that I think is mediocre at best.
Rocks -- Terrance West; RB out of Towson. 5-11, 223. Pure talent. He totally rocks. Wrote a piece on him: http://www.ganggreennation.com/2013/12/23/5239980/terrance-the-best-west
So who's your Lock, Knock, Rocks.
