Mo Wilkerson for Josh Gordon: Yay or Nay?

Since Pettine is now the head coach for the Browns, it only makes sense to fantasize about trade possibilities. No doubt Pettine wants to show the world that he's a good coach. And since he came up as a defense guy, he might want to put his stamp on his new team. They have the makings of what could be a very formidable front there as it is. What with Phil Taylor on the nose, and Sheard and Mingo flashing on the edges, and a tackling machine in D'Qwell Jackson at ILB to clean everything up. Adding a Mo Wilkerson to that group might just be the nudge that tilts them to dominance. They finished the season ranked 8th against the pass and 18th against the run. Adding Wilk will juice that group up a bit.

Everybody around here knows what Josh Gordon can do. We've been in lust for him all season. And we lusted because rumors were rampant that the Browns were exploring trade options for him. We also lusted because he could dominate regardless of how crappy the QB play was. We desperately need some of that. Losing Mo Wilk would hurt, but we could slide Coples back down to DE. And the talent drop off from Mo to Q is nil. And even if losing Mo did hurt, it wouldn't be enough to phase the joy of obtaining Gordon.

This will probably never happen, but if it could... if the Browns would entertain it, would you pull the trigger?
