Well it's not 1983's Great Quarterback Class by any stretch, so this is not Elway vs Marino (lol) but its 30 years later and two freshly drafted quarterbacks are slated to start for their teams. The Jets finally named Geno as our week 1 starter and the Bills named E.J. Manuel as their week 1 starter. Both teams needed a change at the qb spot and they have what they hope are their future leaders on offense.
EJ surprisingly jumped up the draft boards and became the only 2013 first round quarterback taken.
Geno who some projected as the only worthy first round quarterback dropped out of the first round to our Jets in the early second round.
Whether they want to or not, they will be forever linked and compared by NFL historians. All of their stats, their wins and losses and how their respective teams finish during their reigns.
What can make this comparison fun is that both these teams are division rivals!
So who will prove to be worthier? The one who jumped up or the who dropped down?
