There are few surprises here. Some noteworthy points are that Braylon Edwards is ahead of Ryan Spadola, who has been extremely impressive in camp so far. Yuck. Also that Stephen Peterman is starting while Brian Winters is languishing on the bench. Yuck. Also that there's no actual starter at quarterback. Yuck. Finally, that Lex Hilliard is starting ahead of Tommy Bohanon. Yuck.

It's interesting that Bilal Powell is ahead of Chris Ivory, although not surprising given Ivory's injury status and Powell's surprising start to training camp. It's good to see that Stephen Hill is a starting receiver. We've long hoped that he'll step up and prove himself worthwhile of his second round selection.

As for defense, it's good to see Sheldon Richardson, Dee Milliner, and Quinton Coples starting. Same with Kenrick Ellis. It's also noteworthy that Antonio Allen is ahead of Jaiquawn Jarrett, although not surprising. It's incredibly frustrating to see Calvin Pace starting. Man, this defense is young.

No surprises on special teams.

What do you think? Are you surprised at anything in particular?
