According to Jason LaCanfora, the New York Jets are interested in drafting NT Star Lotulelei, who has been considered a top three talent by many scouts. The team considers the interior defensive line to be a weakness (like basically every other position group on the team). With the loss of Sione Po'uha and Kenrick Ellis being unproven, this isn't particularly hard to understand.
Lotulelei had a heart concern at the 2013 NFL Combine, however that seems to have been resolved and he has been universally cleared medically, as far as I can tell. Lotulelei has been compared to Haloti Ngata and Kris Jenkins. He is incredibly versatile and extremely disruptive, shattering double teams in college. With Lotulelei between Muhammad Wilkerson and Quinton Coples, the defensive line would be unfair to opposing offensive lines. He's certainly a player worth considering, especially if he falls to the Jets' #13 selection.
