It has been well documented that the jets are willing to listen to offers for our Star corner . So far the only team that seems interested are the Bucs. We are all hung up on what his worth trade value wise but the bottom line is it has to be a good deal for both teams.

Can a trade happen ? If the Jets want it to happen , it will .

Any potential trade partner will try and get the best deal possible for their team too and i have come up with 3 potential teams who could give the Jets good value and also represent good for them.

The teams are as follows :

Jacksonville

Detriot

Oakland

Lets say one of the above teams plan to pick a corner with their 1st round pick ( Milner or Rhodes ) , would it make more sense to trade for Revis ? Yes he is coming off a bad injury but he is the best CB in the NFL . He will cost a lot more than a Rookie but if you have cap room then taking Revis is a no-brainer .

What if you could trade for Revis and still have a top 10 pick ? Wait hold up, run that past me again . Yes you could trade for Revis and also ask for the Jets 1st round pick too . That way anything else you may give up won't look so bad .

O.K i hear people ask" whats the catch " ? The simple fact is there is none .

Below are the trades i would suggest for each team. All of which i think could be very acceptable for all parties concerned .

Potential Trade 1

The Jags trade this years 1st , 5th and next years 1st for Revis and Jets 1st round pick .

The Jets would then have the 2nd pick of the draft , a extra late round pick and almost certainly another high 1st round pick next year . The Jags get a top 10 talent from the draft this year and Revis . I'm sure both teams could live with that . Jets could draft Werner , trade back and maybe pick up another 1st next year and a 3rd this year .

Potential Trade 2

Ther Raiders trade this years 1st , 3rd and next years 1st for Revis and Jets 1st round pick .

The Jets would then have the 3rd pick of the draft , a high 3rd round pick and a 1st round pick next year . The Raiders get a top 10 talent this year to go along with Revis . Would a move like that excite the Raiders fan base ?

Potential Trade 3

The Lions trade this years 1st, 2nd and next years 1st for Revis and Jets 1st round pick .

The Jets would then have the 5th pick of the draft , a high 2nd and a 1st round pick next year . The Lions get Revis for a 2nd this year and a 1st next year and all they drop is 4 spots in the 1st this year .

I think those teams could sell those trades to their respective fan bases . The Jets get good value and potentiality get even more value if they could trade back in the 1st this year .
