Our crosstown rivals have seen it fit to cut ties with Canty, who is 30 yet: at 6'7" 317 could be a nice depth piece for our DL at his size could play inside in a 43 and outside in a 34. He could come cheap since he has had some problems with injuries in the past couple of years. Canty does know what it takes to get to the SB and be a team player especially on a DL full of pass rushing stars(Tuck, JPP, Osi, and Kiwi). In my opinion the Jets would be smart to pick up Canty as he would be great in a platoon role.

Bradshaw is a definite upgrade over Green. I think its just a matter of to many good younger rb's at a lot less money. Ahmad can hit the homerun at times. If our new GM motto is truly we not me these would be great players to start with
