Next year is going to be filled with gaping holes for the jets. We all saw how bad Geno was against the Bills but when you look at our other positions, QB may be the least of our problems. The Jets will have a weak point at WR, especially once Santonio is cut. Stephen Hill would probably become our number 1 receiver. Jeff Cumberland at TE is below average. If Antonio Cromartie is cut our secondary collapses and becomes arguably one of the worst CB cores in the league with Dee Milliner being our number 1 corner. With most of the good QB's like Mariota, Bridgewater, Manziel and Carr projected to go in the first round are we willing to take a shot on them? My gut says to get rid of Geno but my brain says in the first round we need a corner, a WR, a TE and even an OLB more. I also don't believe in taking starting Qb's past the first round. In today's QB driven league, if a QB is still on the board in the second round its for a reason. That's my reasoning fro not taking a shot on a QB. Maybe if it was in the 7th round I'd feel a little better because if he sucked no one would expect him to start. What are your opinions on this? Should we take a shot in the first round, later or not at all?
