I know a lot of talked about this earlier this season but no one has bought it up lately. Antonio Cromartie has a 15 MILLION $ Cap Hit next year. We wouldn't even give that to Revis, so why would we give it to Cromartie. Are we really gonna cut him/let him walk? Despite of his struggles this year, hes still one of the better corners in the NFL and he should be at a premium in this pass happy League.
The trade Deadline is October 29. Wouldn't it make sense to trade him to a team (Possibly a contender) that is 1 improved secondary away from a Superbowl? Denver comes to mind, Dallas has some players that don't fit their scheme (Claiborne does not fit well in that Defense), San Fransisco, etc. There are a ton of teams that would love to have a guy like Cro on their squad. And would be willing to trade solid picks/young players for him.
We know we cant keep him, hes too expensive. I like Cro but I don't really see another option. If Revis didn't get it, I don't think Idzik and Woody would give it to Cro.
In light of these circumstances, Would you be in favor of trading Cro?
